Mr. Strouss is a member of the Massachusetts bar since 1985.  He is an honors graduate of Brown University and a graduate of Northeastern University Law School. Mr. Strouss worked as an environmental consultant before becoming a lawyer.  He is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers.  Mr. Strouss was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Commonwealth from 1995 through 1999 in the Tobacco Litigation.

He heads the firm's birth defect litigation involving catastrophic birth injuries from parental exposure in occupations such as semiconductor manufacturing, agriculture, and furniture building.  Mr. Strouss has also litigated cases involving cancer arising from exposure to benzene, solvents, and other hazardous chemicals.

Mr. Strouss has also litigated silicone breast implant, Fen-Phen, and other medical and pharmaceutical products cases, as well as environmental property damage cases.
