Mr. Donohue is a member of the Massachusetts and Maine Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild.  He is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Anselm College, the Suffolk University Law School, and St. Johns Preparatory School.

For over two decades, Attorney Donohue has represented individuals who have sustained serious injuries as a result of the negligent conduct of product manufacturers, landlords, vessel owners, and vehicle operators.  He has also represented victims of sexual assault, police misconduct, and asbestos exposure.  Mr. Donohue has successfully litigated cases in the state and federal Courts of Massachusetts, Maine, New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Donohue holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

In the past, Attorney Donohue has provided pro bono legal services to members of Boston’s homeless community and the Greater Lowell Bar Association.  In his free time, Mr. Donohue enjoys skiing, boating, and coaching youth sports.
