Robert M. Byrne, Jr. concentrates his practice in areas involving the representation of victims of defective products, employer negligence, and premises liability. Mr. Byrne has litigated claims against manufacturers, railroads, construction companies, paper mills, insurance companies, and numerous other large commercial organizations. He has represented individuals who have been disabled by defectively designed tools, contaminated food, toxic materials, unsafe stairways and walkways, and negligent motorists. His clients have been the victims of burns, electric shock, skeletal and head injuries, amputations, psychiatric disorders and death.
Mr. Byrne is also a member of the Massachusetts bar, the New York Bar, the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit Bar. He has been admitted Pro Hoc Vice to the Bars for the United States District Courts of Maine, Rhode Island, New York, and Vermont. Mr. Byrne is a member of the American Association for Justice, Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Mr. Byrne received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate Degree from New England School of Law.
