Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal
Thornton Law Firm LLP is the leading injury law firm in Massachusetts and the largest plaintiff law firm in New England. Our clients are individuals and organizations that have suffered physical, financial, and emotional harm because of another’s negligence or wrongdoing.
Duties include initial client intake, order, review, and summarize medical records for final review by an attorney. Prepare complaints, draft discovery responses, calendar and track deadlines for cases. Monitor dockets and relay information associated with cases. Communicate with clients and updating their information as necessary. Preparing, obtaining and submitting required documents for various settlements. Knowledge of Filevine and familiarity with Multidistrict Litigations (MDLs) a plus. Job is remote with occasional office attendance as needed. Position is full-time with full benefits. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary range: $58,000-$62,000.
